SUMMARY:The Real Manhunter Live!
DESCRIPTION:Following two hugely popular tours in 2024/2025\, Colin Sutton will once again head out to spend an evening with fans and true crime enthusiasts in 2026. In this brand new show\, he will talk in great detail about how policing has changed over the years\, exploring the ever-evolving aspect of science vs. investigation. With younger detectives never having known a world without forensic DNA\, what impact has that had on the way crimes are investigated? Is there a “best” way to carry out an investigation and what are the repercussions when one side fails? \nThis show will offer a unique insight into how teams of detectives look for evidence\, what they do with it\, and how the outcome of a trial doesn’t always match what is presented to a court of law. Colin will discuss specific cases and how investigations were taken in different directions depending on the evidence available. \n  \nAbout Colin Sutton \nColin Sutton is a former Metropolitan Police detective who came to public prominence by leading the investigation into several high-profile cases such as Levi Bellfield and ‘Night Stalker’ Delroy Grant. Following his retirement from the police force in 2011\, Sutton began to write about his experiences. His first book\, Manhunt (about the Levi Bellfield case) was released in 2019 to much critical acclaim and was followed up with a second book about the Delroy Grant case. The books went on to be the inspiration behind the TV series of the same name\, for which he served as a writer and was played by MarGn Clunes. The second series was nominated for a BAFTA TV Award for Best Drama Series \nIn 2020\, Colin teamed up with Revelation Films for ‘The Real Manhunter’\, an 8-part true crime documentary series which airs on Sky Crime. His on-screen warmth and willingness to offer insight into the real life of a top tear detective has gained him a huge following and he appears at Crime Con every year\, both in the UK and internationally\, where he draws some of the biggest audiences over the course of the event. Following the broadcast of the 4th series of the hit show\, Colin released his 3rd book\, The Real Manhunter Casebook. \n  \nTicket Prices \n\n\nSingle: £30.00 \n\n\n\n\n\n\nPlease note: A restoration fund of £1.50 per ticket will be charged in addition to the ticket price\, to assist with the cost of ongoing maintenance. \n\n\n\n\n\n\nDates & Times \n Monday 27th April\, 7:30 PM \n BOOK NOW!

SUMMARY:The Met Opera: El Último Sueño de Frida y Diego - Encore
DESCRIPTION:On May 30\, the Metropolitan Opera’s 2025–26 Live in HD season comes to a close with a live transmission of American composer Gabriela Lena Frank’s first opera\, a magical-realist portrait of Mexico’s painterly power couple Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera\, with libretto by Pulitzer Prize–winning playwright Nilo Cruz. Fashioned as a reversal of the Orpheus and Euridice myth\, the story depicts Frida\, sung by leading mezzo-soprano Isabel Leonard\, leaving the underworld on the Day of the Dead and reuniting with Diego\, portrayed by baritone Carlos Álvarez. The famously feuding pair briefly relive their tumultuous love\, embracing both the passion and the pain before bidding the land of the living a final farewell. Music Director Yannick Nézet-Séguin conducts the Met-premiere staging of Frank’s opera\, a “confident\, richly imagined score” (The New Yorker) that “bursts with color and fresh individuality” (Los Angeles Times). The vibrant new production\, taking enthusiastic inspiration from Frida and Diego’s paintings\, is directed and choreographed by Deborah Colker. \nRunning Time: 2 Hours 30 Mins (This includes one interval) \nTicket Prices\nAdult: £18.00 | Concession: £16.00 | Member: £14.00 | Groups 12+: £13.00 \nPlease note: A restoration fund of £1.50 per ticket will be charged in addition to the ticket price\, to assist with the cost of ongoing maintenance. \nDate & Times\n Monday 1st June 2026\, 6:00 PM \n BOOK NOW!
