STUDENT REGISTRATION PROCESS
The Leatherhead Theatre has an internal programme of dance and drama classes for students under 18. In order that we can provide a secure register for each of our teachers, and hold emergency contact data for all parents and carers, we use an external site called Class Manager
Once a student has undergone a free trial period of 2 weeks, and they decide to join us, the parent / carer will be sent a registration link.
The name, address, email and telephone number of the parent is then added to the company accounts system, Quickbooks, which is where invoices are raised. No information regarding the child or any other fields are added to the accounts system.
At no point do we transfer any information to a third party nor use either the registration system or accounts system for any marketing purposes.
At any point the registrant is able to request details of the information we hold OR request for information to be removed.
