Aevolum Cinema Presents: Love…Love? Its Complicated

Aevolum Cinema Presents is a touring programme of award-winning short films — chosen from the international festival circuit, and almost impossible to find anywhere else. One evening, 73 minutes, four films that speak to each other long after the lights come up. Think festival night, local edition: a glass of prosecco in hand, a buzz in the foyer, and a room full of people who came for the same reason — to be moved. Real rooms. Real people. The audience these films were made for.
Love… Love? It’s Complicated — four films about love: given, outsourced, found and remembered. Tender, absurd, borrowed, unfinished. Come for a night at the movies; leave a little braver about your own heart.
Every film here began as one person’s stubborn idea. Tonight, you decide which one wins the room: the evening ends with your vote for your favourite — and it counts. It tells a filmmaker somewhere in the world that their work found its people. When we back emerging voices, the world gets a little more honest, a little more tender. So bring your friends, raise a glass to the people who made these films, and stay for the vote. Your presence matters. Your vote matters.
