Many of you will be aware that from the 19th July we entered Stage Four of the Government’s Road Map and were delighted to be able to open up more productions for our audiences.
We understand that for many people this may mark their first trip back to the theatre, so we have taken the following steps to help stop the spread of Covid-19 and ensure our audiences, and staff, feel safe and can enjoy the magic of theatre again.
Throughout the summer all our staff have been asked to continue to wear a face covering when in proximity to others and when moving around the building. We kindly ask our audiences to also continue to wear a mask (unless exempt for medical reasons) in the auditorium and as you move around the theatre.
You are no longer required to check-in via the NHS track and trace app but if you wish to, the QR code will still be up around the building.
We continue to have markers on the floor to encourage people to keep a distance when queuing for the box office, coffee shop and bar for the remainder of the summer, and do ask you to consider your proximity to others. Hand sanitiser will also remain accessible throughout the venue.
All performances are now on sale at full capacity, including shows that were previously sold as a socially distanced performances. If you would prefer not to be too close to other audience members, please contact our box office and we will do our very best to help recommend a performance or seats which may offer more space.
We will of course continue to review our Covid safety measures in line with advice from the Government and the UK Theatre See It Safely guidelines.
We hope with these measures in place and by all being respectful and kind to each other, everyone can enjoy being back at the theatre for some fantastic films and brilliant live events.
If you have any questions, please do get in touch with our box office team on 01372 365141 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Thank you for your ongoing support over the last 18 months. We are so happy to welcome you back to the theatre.
